"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. "Almost all the work was done by Jason Dunham who managed to squeeze us in on short notice.  He was very helpful and obviously knows what he's doing.   He had to replace part of the rubber roof and patch and paint the corner where the roof had leaked and rotted the wood on our patio overhang.  To make it possible for us to see what was going on with the actual roof, he took photos with his smart phone, showing us the before and after of each step along the way.  
  He figured out a way to repair the rotting corner without delaying the repairs for weeks by ordering the same kind of wood (redwood is hard to find).  I supplied some paint, and he spent a lot of time on the last day sanding and painting the affected area.  He even sprayed ant killer on it when he spotted a large ant.  
  Basically, Jason went above and beyond to make this repair.  It looks brand new.
