"My daughter knew of my terrible experience with my prior company and she had just gotten a new wireless system from 1st Security. I was astounded when after he finished, he sat down and gave me a full tutorial on using the system. He showed me all of it's capabilities, and answered my many questions . I could not believe how much easier and more up to date this security system was to use than my old one. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. "The entire process was excellent.  Doug Lippitt, the sales rep, provided a complete description of how Stanek Windows are made.  He exhibited the effect of several levels of insulation in the windows with a heat lamp.  
After the sale, Doug was very attentive to assure the delivery and installation was done on schedule.  The installation process went very well.  The installers arrived, removed the old windows and installed the new windows.  The old (original) windows had hardware that I wanted to keep.  The installers removed all the hardware for me.
The transom windows were replaced during a renovation project.  Because of the tight timing, Doug Lippett worked very hard to have the windows delivered and installed on schedule.  This took a lot of his time to ask the factory to speed up the window building process.
Other contractors have noticed the doors installed by Stanek.  I have gotten a few comments about how well the doors were installed, and, door installation is not an easy thing to do - especially in an old house.

"The installation team arrived promptly at 9am to begin work.  The installation team had the old window out and surface prepared within a the first half hour.  When the second truck arrived with the glass block panels the group installed the window.  There was a bit of a challenge with the vertical angle of the wall and one of the panels fell out on to soft dirt while being shimmed into place.  These guys are excellent bricklayers, and not only can you not tell where the vertical joints are between the panels, you cannot tell where they had to reset the rows as well.  Long story short, they did a terrific job, the window looks like one unit and the side of the garage looks great.  The total time for the job, arrival to departure was 2 hours.  The installation crew was professional and cleaned up the area leaving nothing behind.  The Ice pattern allows for the security and privacy we wanted AND allows a significant amount of daylight into the garage.  I will use Global Glass Block on my next glass block project.

"The Window Nation techs arrived early, were friendly, and worked diligently. They replaced the windows one at a time, setting up plastic sheeting on both sides to reduce the mess. They also vacuumed after each new window was replaced. When in the bedrooms, they would close the doors to keep the cold out as it was cold and wet on installation day. When finished, they went over opening and closing the windows which would allow for cleaning both the inside and outside and how the sliding door worked. I am extremely happy with the new windows and with Window Nation. I would highly recommend them."
