After months of delays, I was told the permit had initially been filed with the wrong jurisdiction. When I requested my $6,443 deposit back, I was told my request had been ?escalated.? No one ever followed up. At this point, six months after paying 50% upfront, I have no staircase and no clear path to getting my money back."

Kevin and Jorden discussed it with the roof installers and the product manufacturer, and provided whatever was needed, responding promptly throughout the process. They let us know when the material prices were expected to go up so that we could order the materials. During the time that I was not available, they worked with us to revise the schedule, which was much appreciated! When they did come to fix the door, they did good work, but they charged me an outrageous amount of money to do it. They quoted me as having to rip up my whole deck to replace flashing. But when they came out to do it, they only had to pick up a couple boards .and redo the frame on a door and they charge me an astronomical amount of money. I am not happy. I will not be using them again. "
