Two months later after the July hailstorm we had him back out to check and we needed a new roof. We decided to go with a class 4 slate shingle and are very happy with the color and strength of our new roof. Everyone from the ladies in the office, the roofers and Dave was professional. If we ever decide to install solar it will be Triton as well."

"They were awesome. We had hail damage. They are amazing. The storm was in July, 2016. He came out in the beginning of August to do the initial check of my house. He talked to my insurance company. He was very good with the insurance people in getting my house fixed. It took a while to get done because in Colorado, you can't do some things in the winter. On good days, they would come out and work on repairs.  He subcontracted this stuff out because he looked for people who could do the job at a reasonable price. He is not one of those people that will hire just anybody. He makes sure that the job gets done and people want to work. He called when something came up. He came out to check. He was amazing. He was very informative, very professional and very responsive. I didn't have to deal with a lot of stuff like shady people and insurance scams. He took care of the insurance company and everything else. They were always on time. If they couldn't make it because of weather, you got notification. He would call in advance on the scheduled day, like two hours ahead, so I could get my dogs out of the yard."

My deck needed a complete overhaul due to rotting wood and poor infrastructure that was also not to code. His crew is honest and hard working (who works until 6pm on a Friday anymore!) - both of which are very tough to find. Last but not least, at the end of each work day the crew cleaned up, swept, and hauled away materials. "The guys from RB were great to work with. They were able to come the night I called even though they had a busy weekend. They were quick and efficient and even helped out my neighbor the same evening. As an extra bonus for me, they hauled everything away which was really helpful since I didn’t need the extra wood. "What an awesome experience from beginning to end!  And over the years our family has had more than one home improvement nightmare.
 The sales rep I first encountered was a joy to meet, smile for everyone, no 'hard' sale. As it was the holiday season, she was engaging even to the passing people and their children. A ray of sunshine amid the chaos.
 When Kirk came into my home to assess our needs, he was more than courteous. Conscientious of  our personal space and thoroughly explained his company's products. I am very grateful that he listened to our needs and helped us to make an appropriate selection. He made sure all available discounts were afforded to our estimate. Which, by the way, was no different than the final bill. Throughout, Kirk has followed the team from Kape. Making sure of both the progress and our satisfaction every step of the way. Even driving out of his way, mid-installation to check in on the event.
 The crew member were a perfect picture of efficiency!  Every member on time. They arrived in tandem and all proceeded with their jobs immediately. First  placing tarps to protect our home, through out. Then having every single supply in order and available to themselves. 
 Yes, I have had workmen need to use my extension cords.
 Not these guys! Awesomesauce!! For a job that I was prepared to take all day, they were in and out of here in a matter of hours. They even took time to indulge my disabled son. Took time to answer even his questions. Not everyone does that.  All four were very polite and exceptional to deal with. The whole time being respectful of our home. What a joyful and pleasant surprise. Right down to a fabulous job on even the clean up. Above and beyond, I would say.
 The change from our old windows was immediate and phenomenal! Why did we not do this sooner!
