"Galaxy Maids was a very responsive company and tried their best to accommodate our needs of deep cleaning my father’s 2 bedroom apartment (he has dementia). Unfortunately, the cleaner spent the entire 4 hours cleaning up his small kitchen and did nothing else. They didn’t even mop the kitchen floors, nor offer to stay a little longer to at least do the bathroom. Disappointed. I did tip the cleaner and do appreciate the help but I had to deep clean the rest of the house myself and it only took me an hour (floors, baseboard, windows, etc.). Maybe if you don’t need a deep cleaning, they probably would be faster and are a good fit for your needs."

Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has.
