We had him do the majority of the work and we did the finishes like tiling and painting. He was our general contractor and builder for the ADU. He was reliable and got the work done when he said he would. He communicated well and gave us options and ideas for making our projects better. His work is top notch, and I was never worried that he was going to disappear without finishing like so many contractor horror stories you hear. We’ve been very happy with everything he’s helped up with. "
