"Fixed in a very short time. Very customer focused. Asked if there were other things that needed to be done before he left. Gave us a quote for a new water heater which we need and repairing some old pipes."

"He was great--very professional. Picked up the items from Sears at no charge then installed them at a very reasonable price. At the same time drained my water heater for no change. A year or so later returned to fix a leaking pipe and again drained the water heater for no charge. I would hire him again without hesitation."

"From the initial quote to the final product Randy was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Will be hiring them again to do our fence."

"The company / Ower is very irresponsible, unreliable and disrespectful .of others time. At first he showed up on time , there after he would no show numerous.times or show up 5 hours later. He doesn't seem to want to work .. he is rarely on the job site, has his helpers do everything . He can't seem to keep a stable crew and his helpers told me he has lied to them .I cannot recommend this company , please be aware if u choose to use him ! I have already paid Shane/owner twice to do some work and it is still not finished ... my.mistake ... so I had to fire him !"

Our water has a lot of iron in it and it comes out brown we use Vortex filtration systems to make it clear usable water for our household. I knew Kristin‘s father who was a genius and invented this and she is continuing her fathers business in providing this excellent technology to help people like me with very difficult water."

"I was highly satisfied with the service. He was polite and concern with the perfectness of the work. He understands the requirements and he's efficient and a family person."
