"Texas Remodel did a great job on our new sunroom. They used quality materials and the craftsmanship was excellent. They always cleaned up after their work and left the site in perfect condition. After hearing nothing, I had to call and ask when I was scheduled due to his lack of communication. January 14 was confirmed as the installation date with Jakob. NO ONE showed up and there was NO CALL, NO MESSAGE, until Jakob tried calling me after 3 p.m. ON THE DAY of installation-far too late! Reviews matter, and based on my experience, this company is unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend them."
