I was deciding whether to fix it, replace it, or have the sliding door removed entirely and replaced with a normal door. After deciding to fix the existing door first, the sales rep. gave me a written quote and with half down, I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Two employees arrived on time the next morning and they like the sales rep. called in advance of their arrival. They were very friendly and showed me what was broken (the rollers were bad, one was completely broken). They replaced the rollers, adjusted the rollers, and cleaned the track. The door now functions like new. I think it works better than the day we bought the house. The price was a little high, but was worth it when compared to the price of replacing the entire door plus the excellent prompt service I had received. THANK YOU!"
