Our top customers are landlords who might need anything & everything quickly renovated before listing for the next renter, so we'll have a team of "Elves" bring their specialized talent to their portion of the job and along with the other "Elves" enabling us to quickly turn the whole job. And then, if desired, we'll nearly manage the property as well (everything except sign leases) - and that is how we provide "Property Management at Property Maintenance Prices." Yes! We serve residential customers also where they may just need one Elf to do a specific "magical" repair or new installation.

Once the contract was approved and signed the craftsman arrived for overview of the project and arranged to begin promptly advising me of an expected time frame for completion, considering weather and season of this year.
