Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "They continued to come on the job everyday until completed. It was a labor intensive job in removing the crawlspace dirt but they persevered to complete the job in a satisfactory manner. The owner continued to have open communication with the customer during all phases of the project (arrival for estimate, scheduling of job and performing the work). The goal of the customer was to eliminate water under the house, repair the duct work and have access for future work."

He looked at our property, we had some steps that were eroding and we don't need their services at all. He suggested getting a general contractor and rerouting the water away from our house, the drainage. It was good. It was just an estimate, so there wasn't a charge. Since he couldn't see anything that they could do, then there was no charge. He was very helpful and honest. He was very knowledgeable and I felt he knew what he was talking about. I appreciated that he didn't try to do a service that we didn't need. They got very high reviews."

Doug had the utility company come check for buried utilities, and had materials delivered the morning his crew was starting. The guys set the footers on Day One and built the fence on Day Two. They cleaned up all their building supplies plus disposed of the fences that were removed. Not only do we love the fence, our neighbors do as well. The guys worked around trees, tons of tree roots, were respectful of the neighbor's garden, and cared about the quality of their work."
