"David and his crew (John, Mo, and Mike) were absolutely great to work with. From the bid through the completion of the project David was clear and prompt in his communications and his pricing was fair. They came in every day (and even one Saturday morning to keep their schedule moving along as they wanted), and worked incredibly hard. We have a nearly 100 year old garage that had pretty solid redwood 2x4s and rafters, but the mud sill rested right on the ground, and the existing concrete floor had no rebar and was completely cracked and buckling in multiple places. We didn't want to tear the whole structure down and start over, but in addition to the lack of a stem wall and the bad concrete, the back of the garage had gotten out of level by about 6" and it was also no longer square. Most contractors just wanted to rip the whole garage down. David and the guys carefully jacked this old structure up and kept it held together while they created a stem wall, and poured a new slab. More issues were discovered once they got into the heart of the project (some rotten siding wood, and it needed a new header and there was one support beam that had been hollowed out for a rat highway), but David would always come up with a solution and make the fix happen. They also fixed the stucco they had to cut and replaced the pavers that had been removed for the stem wall work. On all this we received totally professional results. To work around the entire garage they had to go through our shared back fence and work on the neighbors property. Our neighbor came over and looked at what they had done a few times during the two weeks of work that they were here and was so impressed with their work that he asked for their contact info for a future job that he might have. David, John, Mo, and Mike were friendly, conscientious (they did a great job being careful for all my plants and cleaned up very well every night), and fun to have around. We couldn't 't be happier with the "new" garage the T.M.Concrete made for us, and we would definitely hire them for any future job that we have! Thanks guys!"

"Nato came on a Thursday and did an initial estimate. He was very clear that the garden would look a little bare for a few weeks as he'd have to cut things back pretty far. His estimate was 1/2 that of the other companies we talked to, and he was willing to come on the weekends, which made things much easier for us. He came back just three days later (on a Saturday) and two of his men spent 8 hours here. They left with a truck overflowing with trimmings, and even removed a small tree for us. Nato supervised them at the beginning and end, and the team was great to work with (we were working in the front yard while they were in the back) - extremely helpful and courteous. Total bill was just what he said - $500. We also gave each of the two guys a tip (though we were never asked to do so and I didn't even detect a hint of expecting one). The cleanup looks great though, as he cautioned, things are a little barren while we wait for them to grow back. For large cleanup jobs, this company is excellent. Though I use an all organic company for regular maintenance now (I would use Nato if I was not so into organic gardening), I will certainly call Nato and his team for the next large job. Highly recommend."
