"Molly Maid came to my new house and spent a significant amount of time getting into all the nooks and crannies, even the blinds over the tub and areas I hadn't thought of. The cleaners were efficient and the house always smells fresh (not like bleach) when they leave. I now have them on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule so that I only have to do the touch ups. When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter. All it takes is once and we're good to go thereafter.)"

"We hired them to do a deep clean for the first round of services and then a weekly maintenance once a week. The house was cleaned overall on average. There were some spots missed which was the oven that needed a thorough wiping after they cleaned it. When I turned the stove on to use it, the fumes from the chemicals were bad:( Anyway, this can easily be remedied by letting them know tomorrow when they come back to clean out these areas. This was also the case with the stovetop fan blower above, there is still oil dripping though the top had cleaner that dried and did not look polished which was not thoroughly cleaned during the deep clean we requested.
