We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. He said he would send me either via email or hard copy by mail. I need for my house files. I am still waiting...but haven't contacted Ishmael Chandler since the 5/22-23/2023 job. Comment on personnel: Victor - great worker (fixed leakage). Mario and ? - Mario physically very dirty at 9a.m.) but very nice. Other man-fine. Both men very hard workers!
