"Called Jason of Thompson Quality Fencing and he responded right away.  He gave me a good quote (middle of two others) and when called gave me an estimated start date. He met that date, started on time, and finished in three days (total). We asked for a deviation in the original planned fence outline and he accomodated us without complaint. He also removed a large number of small trees and bushes to get through the new area we wanted, again without complaint or additional charge. Overall Jason was thorough, competent, professional and a pleasure to deal with. <br />"

"First off I called about 5 companies from Angie's list and of the ones that did show for an estimate Moran was the <strong>only </strong>one that could do all the required work and they were the only one that offered alternatives to what I needed.  The previous owners had created raised beds using basalt rock on two sides of the yard and as there was existing landscaping I wanted to save the beds.    The problem with the raised beds and the fence install was created by the fact that the previous owner had used the old wooden fence to hold the dirt in the beds and of course these were rotting out and I would have to have something to retain the dirt in place.  All previous companies said I would have to subcontract for cement work on my own and they could do the rest.  All I could see was a major mess and a huge cost.  Moran fence arrived and saved the day!  Not only could they do all work necessary to build a retaining system along with the fence, they offered an alternative to a concrete retaining wall using a product called gravel board.  Wow!  Did that impress me!  That one suggestion saved me thousands of dollars.  I was given a detailed quote with alternative pricing for wood and chain link in writing.  I set a date for install in the spring and they were there at the crack of daylight on the appointed date.  It happened to be one of the worse weather days you could imagine - rain and cold - and they worked through it all.  Within two hours my old fence was down and on the truck and the post holes were being dug.  They allowed two days for the posts to set then returned and finished the job - and I do mean finish.  (Thank goodness they had a beautiful day this time). Not only did they finish the fence but they put all the dirt back in place in the raised beds, they raked and cleaned up to include every scrap of anything.  The whole process was amazing and professional.  Their price was a little more but they are well worth it!  As their motto says "We Install The Best and Fix The Rest".  I can only add Amen!  I was assured that Moran Fence will stand behind the install at any time.  It was a pleasure to work with such a professional company and I recommend them to anyone that wants a fence done right the first time!   <br /> <br />"
