My name is Joseph Whitworth and I have been in the trades since I was 16 years old, I learned from all three of my uncles who were hard workers and took a lot of pride in their work. In 2019 I started my own business and knew that what separated me from my competition, was also my greatest strength! That is being a smaller business. This means i am all hands on in my work, I have a crew of guys that work aside me and I with them, i speak directly to ever one of my customers which eliminates any room for miscommunication or error I don't pass down jobs from person to person and take a cut off the top, when you deal with my business you deal with me personally every single time and because of that you get exactly what you want without a single worry. You know the same guy that bid on your project is the same man at your project every day, the same one voicing every concern, explaining all aspects and available to talk at anytime.
"Joseph and K showed up, bid the job, decent price?I hired them. We signed an agreement. It included clean up. The day of the job Joseph showed up, late, with another guy. I hired Joseph and K, not this other guy. We questioned a portion of the job, the guy was flip with his answer and told us he?s the professional. After much discussion about being able to ask questions and get a professional answer. Flip guy stepped away from the job, my son and his friend stepped in to run the job. Joseph and K did what they could to help but concrete was flip guy?s specialty. The job turned out well but not due to Joseph or K. They are nice folks but never came on time once, they left early often, worked sloppy and had no follow up on clean up. They said, that my son?s friend was going to take concrete overflow and use it as backfill, I cannot confirm that but, when that didn?t happen, they should have done it, I paid them to do it not my son?s friend! I wound up cleaning it up myself? they said they would but left, again mid-day and said they would be back the next day. I cancelled any further work with them. Nice folks but need to work on being on time, working a full day, bringing all tools necessary and working cleaner."

We do not install Metal roofing, no Tile roofing, no Cedar shake. WINDOWS Replacement windows with a Lifetime warranty! Custom windows built for your home! ENTRY DOORS Entry doors only made by ProVia Amish craftsmanship. (front and back doors, French doors, sliding glass doors) We have awesome dog doors but for new install only. We cannot add them to an existing door. No interior doors. GUTTERS Full Steel/Aluminum seamless gutters and guards (guards can only go on 5k or 6k gutters that are in good shape) SIDING Siding: Composite, James Hardie, and vinyl with a 1 wall minimum
"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."

All of the installation was spectacular. There were some glitches over the course of the project that were not helped by my need to get this done while I was 2200 miles away. But whenever I communicated questions or concerns, they were immediately and appropriately addressed. We will be using them again for kitchen remodeling."
