"I requested a quote for a new garage roof on Angie's last on 8/5 and by 8/13 my project was done! (Nothing has ever been so easy). APC is extremely communicative via Angie's List messaging, which I appreciate - I get so many spam calls to my cell phone that I don't pick up for unknown numbers. They responded within 30 mins of my inquiry, and they made an appointment to meet me for an estimate on Saturday morning - super convenient. When they arrived, they were very professional and polite. I felt comfortable with them immediately. Our job was very small - we were replacing a rusty, old corrugated metal roof on our garage with a new asphalt shingle roof that matches our house's roof. Because it was a small job they were able to fit us in just 3 days later. Price seemed reasonable. Crew was efficient and left the space clean. Very happy with how the roof looks."

"We had talked to an architect about the project and he was not very supportive of my need to access the basement from inside the house. I called John, after reading the reviews listed on Angie's list. From our first meeting, I knew he was the one we wanted to work with. He was patient and listed to what our vision for the project was. He spent time looking over the work space and offered his own suggestions. This was a very big project as the basement extended the entire length of our house. We also wanted to start the project in the spring but met with him in the fall to start the planning. He was very agreeable to this and planned his schedule to start in early April. The project started the first week in April. We added a new heating system which delayed the actual basement start by about a week. John was always accessible by phone and easy to contact. He did most of the work himself with another carpenter. All of the other service professionals he brought in were also very easy to work with. If I had a problem or concern, John would contact them and follow up. John also tried to keep us on budget. We did upgrade a few of the original project items and needed to replace an access door that was not in the original budget. The project took a few weeks longer than planned but John tried his best to get all of the outside services here in a timely manor. We were so happy with his work that we hired him to replace and install a new deck"

"The work was amazing. The crews were friendly, professional, and the quality of the work was top shelf. The communication with the crew and foremen was clear and wonderful. Vlad, Tom, “Jay Bird”, Charlie, Pedro and the rest of the crew were respectful and easy to work with. However, our contact at CMR was very difficult to get a hold of, was extremely unclear about scheduling and rarely responded to my emails/calls. The lack of communication was very unprofessional, particularly when you are dropping 40k for a new roof. The work was amazing and we love the new roof but the experience was not ideal."
