"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Excellent! The old wooden fence was removed and replaced but we also added a pergola. The installer (Jaime) did a great job and cleaned everything up. He arrived around 7:00 AM and did the job by himself. Very hard worker who was friendly and polite."

"This team is amazing - I cannot underscore that enough! After my family member became disabled due to an accident, we needed accessibility modifications made to our home. AIP completely restructured a fairly small existing bathroom into an ADA-compliant bathroom with roll-in shower stall that is beyond what we had even thought possible. They had knowledge of and experience with specs and features that would be necessary for someone in our family’s situation - many of them details we didn’t even realize we had to consider. AIP were meticulous about sticking to their work schedule as promised and finished the job LITERALLY TO THE HOUR that they promised it would be done. They even left the new bathroom and their workspace sparkling clean and ready for instant use. Perhaps best of all, they demonstrated consistent care and compassion for our family as we made our way through the early weeks of our sudden and sad circumstances. I recommend them over and over again"

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. The improvements also made it easier to maintain the water balance and keep clean. Please consider these folks- they are prompt, detail oriented and very efficient. "I had Eastern Waterproofing work on two houses, including our primary residence. Both jobs were done on time and were high quality. Jon and team were very professional and I was very happy with the work. I had a plumber tell me that the work was done very well."

"Well the contractor like most contractors seem interested to get the job until of course they got the job then their customer service changed. HomePros never pulled a permit which they said they would. 75% of all worked preformed had to be redone a second time because of the poor workmanship and finished look of the job. Here is a few of those items. Ceiling, interior wall, exterior wall, and they ordered the wrong window size as well. The owner Randall spent very little time at all on the job site and was very difficult to reach once they had been given the job. The quality and fished product did not match the work that was advertised on their website. Ultimately I signed off on the job as happy however I would never higher this company again and would greatly advise those against it. The owners son was however very professional and took extra time and effort to correct the poor finished look of the work that the supposedly experienced worker was done with. His customer service is what convinced me to sign off on the job as done and satisfied. There was nothing else they could do to make it better so it didn’t make sense to me to drag out this job. In closing I would say at very best this company is capable of handyman work but not anything close to a full remodeling contractor. Buyer Beware!!’"
