"Naji came out to give a a quote on painting our patio area around our swimming pool. He was the fourth of five competitors for the job. He was the only one that gave a firm price. The others all said it could be more if we find problems. He also did not ask me to finance the job. He said pay me when the job is complete and you are happy. We gave Naji the job and he said we will start tomorrow! I was looking through some online work Naji had done so on the first day I asked him if he could make it look designer instead of just painting. He said of course and gave me a fantastic price.
