"Originally hired MJ Masonry to replace an existing railroad tie retaining wall and like most projects there was mission creep. I asked Michael of MJ Masonry if they were interested in taking on 2 additional projects: replacing an old stockade fence with a new one, and replacing a cement walkway with a stone walkway. We agreed on the price of the 2 additions and all projects were completed to the original schedule within 3 weeks of the start date. Details of the projects: 1. Retaining Stone Wall is over 130 linear feet 2. Stockade Fence is approximately 88 linear feet 3. Stone Walkway is approximately 63 square feet The workers lead by Jose are consummate professionals. They went above and beyond what is required to do their job. It was the little things like cleaning up after themselves and repairing annoyance type things that is not in the contract without being asked. At the end of the entire project, my wife and I were so pleased with MJ Masonry's work, we gave them a modest bonus. The icing on the cake was when some of our neighbors coming over and telling us the day after the projects completion that the Retaining Stone Wall, the Stockade Fence, and the Stone Walkway looks beautiful."

"Gary did an exterior chimney repair for me, in the middle of winter. He did high quality work; the new chimney section is barely noticeable. He was constrained by cold weather but he knew when to work and when not to, in order to ensure the integrity of the repair. He showed up when he said he would and cleaned up when he was finished. I would say he is a very good mason contractor."

They were originally supposed to be here this Wednesday and or Friday, but they got behind schedule due to the rain, which we understand. The foreman communicated this to me via several phone calls, and rescheduled to Monday or Tuesday, which was much appreciated. "I'm thrilled with how beautiful my steps came out! Mynoss Masonry team demo'ed my old stairway and constructed a new set within a week of me opening the project. Can't say enough good things about them. Courteous, professional, left no mess, removed the ton of debris, and I haven't even mentioned they were the best price from almost half a dozen contractors. it wasn't just price that made it impossible to turn down. There was a picture on their website of brick front steps that told me they are best. The railing is so sturdy and the smooth hydraseal coat on the existing top landing makes the whole thing brand new. It blends so nicely with the house. Highly recommend them to anyone. Bricklaying is precise work and this were a lot of steps, walls, and weird measurements. They made it look easy! Thank you!!"
