Zion was different. I called and spoke to a professional and courteous person over the phone, and the next day a professional showed up at my house and clearly explained their services and my options. The cost of their services was on par with other restoration companies (not cheap). They came out a couple of days later and tore out the water-soaked drywall and doors, etc, and cleaned and sanitized everything. They did excellent work and were efficient, professional and friendly.

"They were good to work with. A little disappointed with the wood they used. Did not use decking wood on deck or rails. Just used treated pine wood. Wood is very rough and will need to be sanded to avoid getting splinters. The workmanship is very good and looks great. Make sure you get a material list of the kind of wood they will be using."

"We needed a new roof and interviewed 9 contractors.  Tom the sales guy from Aaron's arrived on time and gave us a quote in about 15 minutes.  I have to say, we liked him and their terms.  We paid $100 down and the rest "when we were happy".

The shingles and dumpster arrived as expected and the crew chief showed up first on the morning of the job on time.  He was very agreeable to all my concerns and well supervised the 8 workers that spent the day doing the job. They finished the whole roof in one day. 

When they were nearly done, I went through the yard looking for nails and stuff they didn't pick up.  To my amazement I could not find a single nail or any debris because they cleaned up very well.

Although I had quotes from other roofers that were cheaper, they wanted half the money up front and that left me very uncomfortable. Many said it would take two days.
