The crew was on time to start the job and was very careful not to damage any of my outside plants. They placed tarps down on my grass to catch the old nails from my roof. The crew kept the yard clean and picked up. The crew cleaned out my gutters when the job was done and even allowed me to throw some junk in their clean up trailer before hauling it off. Elite Roofing returned the next day and started painting both inside and outside of my house. The roof took only 1 day to complete and the painting took 2 days. "I emailed Coastal and got a response from Josh within 12 hours. He came out the next day (on a Saturday!) to review my problem and give me an estimate. He quoted me the best price (by far!) of the three places I contacted. He also said he'd take care of it as soon as he could. We ended up responding back and forth as I worked out some issues and questions with timing and things and he was very helpful, responsive and patient. He and his team even showed up a bit earlier than they said they would. He worked with me that day (it was extremely cold and my wife was caring for our newborn and our house was without power while they worked so we had to get it reconnected and it was a whole ordeal) to do everything efficiently and I believe they even finished a bit quicker than he estimated. I am very grateful to have a good guy and company like this to call on when needed. My job was a huge oak that was leaning towards my house. It was in a kind of land-locked area behind a bunch of houses, so it was very difficult. All the companies said no vehicle or bobcat or anything could get back there, so that made it more expensive. It was a difficult job and they took care of it safely and in good time."

They did a thorough job of cleaning the carpets and overall I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. The only thing I was disappointed with was the amount of time it took the carpet to dry. They estimated that it would take between 2-4 hours and it took over 12. However, I would use this company again."
