Not only did Thad and his team replace the wood and fix the leak, they sealed every seam in every gutter and even fixed the slope on two sections of gutter that they found during the work. "I requested a quote from Mid South Guttering (MSG) a few months ago while the exterior of my house was being painted. I also requested quotes from two other companies with good ratings. I asked Allen to let me know when he was coming to assess the job so I could meet him and tell him the specifics of what I wanted i.e. gutter size, color, downspout configuration. He ended up at the house when I wasn't home and then called me with a quote. It seemed low, especially compared to the others, so I called him to find out what the discrepancy was. Turns out, he had quoted 5and quot; gutters instead of the 6and quot; quoted by the other companies. I also wanted round downspouts, which added to the cost. In the end MSG was still the lowest bid and was recommended by my house painter, so I accepted their proposal. <br /> The MSG crew arrived on time on the day we had scheduled, and at that time Allen and I walked the house to make sure we agreed on downspout placement and other details. If you hire MSG or any other gutter company, make sure you do this! Don't let them make any assumptions because they will most likely do it the easiest way and maybe not the best way. I also had a rain barrel I wanted a downspout connected to, so we coordinated that as well. <br /> The crew finished the job in a few hours and did a decent clean up. I walked the finished job with Allen and pointed out a couple of items that needed to be re-worked. Otherwise the quality of installation appears to be very good. It was raining a bit on installation day so they gave me a can of touch up paint to be used on any exposed screws or scratched paint. I would prefer they offer to come back on a dry day to take care of that, but I'm capable of doing it. Overall, I'm pleased with how the gutters turned out. <br /> One note about Allen: he believes in openly exercising his 2nd Amendment rights. I'm not making any judgement - just don't be surprised when he shows up with a gun on his hip."

"We phoned Bartlett Gutter because they were the highest rated company on Angie's List.  They sent a very nice sales rep to our home within 2 days, and he talked to us about removing the old gutters.  He explained  the need to carefully evaluate the condition of the wood trim that was underneath the old gutters, in case there had been any rot or other damage over time.  When the old gutters were removed, the workmen discovered an area of wood rot and animal damage, which we had removed and repaired by Mr. Randy House.  He came highly recommended by Bartlett Gutter and did a great job for us.  His bill for $980.00 was separate from the invoice from Bartlett.  The Bartlett Gutter installation team did a wonderful job and was finished earlier than expected. <br />"

"True Shine was already working on the house when I got home from work! The gentleman took his time to ensure that the work was done correctly. He also allowed me to walk the house with him after the work was complete in case I had questions about anything. I had a repairman working at the house that same day who said that the house looked so clean, that it looked like we actually painted the outside! I was so pleased with the work, and the price!  <br /> These folks actually have uniforms and a company vehicle so it's looks like a legitimate business, instead of some guy and a truck. "Mark emailed an estimate within a couple of days and called us when he had not heard from us.  (It turned out the email went to spam and I did not know he had sent it until he called to follow up.) Glad he followed up! <br /> Once we got the email, we decided to have all the work completed by Premier.  He gave us the name of  a nursery  for us to choose  the bushes he suggested and by the end of the week the work was scheduled. <br /> Due to rain/storms, he had to delay for a day, but showed up as promised on Sunday a.m. to complete work.  He had his crew (wife & son) with him and everything was completed before they left (except for fence posts which needed the concrete to set, and finished up the next day.(  He even planted 2 flats of flowers that I purchased from the nursery. <br /> Hardest working family I have ever seen,  fast, cleaned up everything , professional, friendly and loved and welcomed his suggestions. You don't find that kind of work ethic very often.  Also set up for him to cut our yard on a regular basis! <br /> note: We had another estimate from another company who we had used before, but decided on Premier due to how he handled everything.
