"Overall, we could not have asked for a better job to have been done. Shain and crew (2 other guys) did a phenomenal job. The back porch looks amazing.
The floor of the porch was original wood to the house (1930s era) and had rotted. They replaced the wood and built out new walls and installed new screens. The attic ladder is original to the house, so they decided to try and salvage the ladder if they could, rather than replace it; suffice to say, they saved the ladder and ensured that it's firmly back in its tracks and more sturdy than before. They salvaged wood from the porch to do some repairs to flooring in the house.
Each day they arrived on time - as a matter of fact, they called each day when they were en route. If they left during the course of the day, they always let us know when they'd be back.
It's clear that they're a talented, hardworking group of guys. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for other odd jobs that need to be done, and I've recommended them to friends already.
Do note, however, that even though the website states they accept credit cards, they in fact do not - cash or check only (which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others needing/planning to pay by credit).
Overall, we're very happy with the level of craftmanship and how quickly they got everything done. They gave us an estimate on a Friday, started work Monday morning, finished Wednesday afternoon. And they came in spot on on their estimate.

"The room looked great afterwards, but there was one problem. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge.

"Wayne and his crew were wonderful to work with.  I am readying my  home for sale and had a number of items that i wanted to be done prior to listing.  Wayne diagnosed the issues with my roof and drainage problems and gave me confidence that he knew how to repair. He and his Dad and son got right to work on everything on the list and made sure that I approved of what was done.  He was also extremely flexible and did not mind my adding to the list as the day went along.  I would recommend Wayne to anyone who wants a responsible and reliable contractor. "After the reappearance of some ceiling cracks, Mr. Matthews stood behind his work.  He stayed in contact and scheduled a time to come back and fix the problem.  He and his crew are very professional, conscientious and concerned with the cleanup.  While they were here, they did some additional painting I needed done.  Nice work all around.
