We are quite a distance from their home base so there was much phone tag as my husband and the company tried to set up a time, but it could not be worked out. We do understand the price of gas and doing estimates. But maybe in the future they could accept photos or something to give a ballpark, for example over $500 but under $1000. Then the homeowner can decide if he wants to work on setting up a further time. <br /> No comment on the quality of their work. When the city building inspector came, he was pleased with the holes dug ( required 36" deep).  After the posts were set, the guys came back 2 days later to install the fence and fabricate a gate that fits my yard perfectly. These guys cleaned up their materials and left not a trace of their presence except a beautiful fence.  They also answered any questions I had along the way as well as asking questions to make sure the project would work for my dogs."
