Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. "I called NMTI regarding a leaky roof. They not only answered my call (at least 6 other roofers didnt pick up or return a call), but they came out on two days later to give me a quote. Ramon came to my house and was the consummate professional. He explained the options to me and was very honest with his quote. He basically said the job would only require 1 man for a couple hours of work so it would be their minimum charge. He offered to have someone come out on Monday (2 days later). It was delayed one day because of rain, but the work was completed by 9am on Tuesday. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Juan regarding an entire roof replacement. I know it is necessary, it wasnt something they tried to push on me. Juan came out this morning and measured my roof and provided me with a quick, detailed, and very fairly priced quote. "Selection of this contractor went smoothly from start to finish. Estimate was considerably less than another contractor using the same CertainTeed roofing system. I do not select on cost alone. I got quotes from 3 other companies. Normal estimate was using the Landmark Pro shingles, also was given estimate for the Landmark shingles when I mentioned budget constraints and my longevity, I’m a senior citizen. Left me info on the CertainTeed system materials and installation. When I decided on the Landmark did not try to convince me to rethink choosing Landmark Pro. On date of install they arrived around 7:15 but said they wouldn’t begin work until 8 so not to disturb neighbors. Considerate, I live in a over 55 development. They worked quickly and professionally, first hanging tarps to collect debris and stripping roof. Crew moved along quickly. Needed to replace some decking around vents,which they did at no up charge. Owner, Luis Castro, stopped by from another job to check work even going up on roof to inspect. Left me his card and told me to call with questions or concerns. Cleanup was amazing. Left my property as if they never were here! This was one concern as other roofer,s doing work in neighborhood have left blown debris and nails in street. They did not. Debris that was wind blown into neighbors yard was retrieved. Also in quote was to reroof shed and install gutters and downspouts at front of house. Shingles were underestimated including shed so they applied the DiamondDeck underlayment and drip edge and were back next non rain day to finish shed. I was amazed at the proficiency and speed work was completed. I highly recommend this company and already have to a neighbor. Very professional, supervisor answered any questions I asked, courteous and treated my job as if it was their own. Crew was very proficient. Owner should be proud. I was satisfied with all aspects of project."

Company suggested areas of concerns and showed me to prove their point as was the case in where the gutters did not extend far enough, hence causing damage. Was not being a (used car) sales person. "Went great. We have a standard ranch style home so the roof is a traditional open gable. Robert was very accommodating and patient with us while we planned the roof replacement. He was responsive to all our questions and efficient in getting the roof replaced as well as replacing the rakes on the side of the home. "I went with Ken because of all the roofers I spoke to, he was the only one that wanted to address my concern about attic ventilation.  All of the other roofers just wanted to slap shingles up.  Ken, on the other hand, actually looked inside the attic and came up with a plan to get better ventilation in the attic.  With the winters we've been having, I wanted better ventilation to help mitigate any issues with ice dams.  His plan was to open up the soffit along the whole front and back sides of the house and put in a perforated material to allow much more ventilation than the small vents every 8 or so feet that I had.   Ken also had no problem pulling back the siding by the dormer windows and shed dormer because there was no flashing.  I even asked Ken if he could go overkill and use 12' of ice and water barrier from the bottom of the roof.  All of my concerns were addressed and I felt comfortable letting Ken's crew do the work.
I am pleased with the work done.  The roof/skylight was complete in one day, but everything else took a little longer than expected.  I had asked to have the siding by the dormers to be pulled back so that flashing could be put in place.  I had issues with leaking by the dormer windows because there was no flashing.  However, apparently my siding was a non-standard size and had to be special ordered.  This delayed the process for a bit.  Now the work is complete, and I'm happy everything turned out great!

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"
