"I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

I spent quite a bit of time interviewing and getting quotes for a major 2 story deck project for my house which included some intense structural improvements to my house as well, since some of the existing columns where in tough shape. I’m so glad that I picked Dave Pierre and his great crew to do this for me! Dave’s price was very reasonable and he was very much on top of all details. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with every step of the project. His crew of over 12 years was also very skilled and often had discussions about challenges to make sure the details where the best that they could be before proceeding on the the next phases. "I was with the contractor that made me think that because my good credit I was getting a good financing interest around 7% and he did not tell me that my granite steps had to be removed, he told me after the loan went through at a rate of almost 14% at this moment I would like to cancel the project, I am under a lot of stress and having back issues I am afraid that because I take time off from work I am not going to be able to pay for this high interest loan."
