I then hired him again to handle a large remodeling project in the basement, turning a barely useable basement room with an exposed gross ceiling into a speakeasy lounge type vibe in my Happy Valley area 1930s cottage. Sound suppression ceiling panels, hole patching, paint, built in fan in a window, two windows replaced, beams added, and so on. Great job! From ugly to epic!"

He was timely, prepared and worked hard every day and kept us informed daily since this was a time and materials job.
