"Tyler got the job done right, and went above and beyond. Deck flooring and railing replacement project. Quality of workmanship and materials was superior. Tyler listened to my ideas and proposed different solutions at different price points. He even painted the deck uprights, and went out of his way to replace a corner siding trim piece that was loose and in rough shape from a previous repair done by someone else. I would definitely hire Tyler again."

"Sirs I was out of town when the repairs were completed and cannot really give an answer BUT your questions do not let me reflect that in the survey. This is the second questionare so in order to keep from getting more I answered but cannot evaluate the work. Send me another questionare after thanksgiving."

"Dustin was great he got our basement fixed up better than new after the recent thaw caused some unprecedented leaking. Courteous, clean and did the job right. Replaced drywall, framing and installed a new floating tile floor. He took the time to do everything the right way and was prompt and professional. He is top of the list for next time we need a project done big or small."

"We had excellent communication with them from start to finish. They were always on time and finished the project within timeline. We were happy with our deck repair. Highly recommend this company."

"Collin installed a window at my rental property in Woodbury, MN and did an excellent job. He pulled the permit, got the window, installed it and finished the job quickly and for a great price. I would highly recommend Lundy Construction and Remodeling and can't wait for them to get a few projects going at my personal house."

"They are the first on our list for help again.  They tore out rotten drywall in the wall and ceiling in the kitchen and one wall in the downstairs family room.  They got rid of the insulation and repaired wet floor joists in the outside wall.  The wall downstairs was taken down to the studs and then rebuilt to code.  Part of the kitchen floor  had water damage and needed to be replaced."

"Gabe was absolutely outstanding. Wood on the exterior of my back porch was water damaged, peeling, and rotted. Gabe replaced the rotted wood and repaired what was fixable,. He wrapped up the project with painting. The end result was excellent! From start to finish, Gabe exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his services, and will definitely contact him for future projects."

"Larry did a good job."
