"This review is for the carpentry company A&R Juarez Framing LLC. The primary owner/carpenter is Victor Juarez, Angel Juarez and Ruth Juarez. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work. I needed a company to put a roof over a outside pottery kiln and was in the bid process. The major things that stood out from this company and Victor and the others that called was that A&R Juarez Inc. was Arizona Register of Contractors (ROC) licensed, surety insurance bonded, had no filed complaints and they arrived exactly on time as they said they would and maintained outstanding communications until the minute they pulled up in my driveway. I wasn't really sure what to expect in this project in having a lean to installed on the side of our home; a disaster or a work of art. But because of Victor and staff, it came out beautifully crafted. A substantial structure that looked great attached to my home, we were really surprised at the workmanship. It was highly evident that Victor is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has the knowledge and experience to make it all work. We are seriously pleased with the outcome of this project, giving Victor and his staff a "10" and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional talent. We were impressed! "I called Dany Romero Painting LLC. and asked for an estimate to paint my kitchen cabinets. He arrived on time the next day and listened to what I needed to have done. After we discussed everything about what I wanted him to do, Dany gave me his estimate and I put out my hand to shake his hand so quickly I hoped he wouldn't rethink the bid. His bid made me think how can he do the work and still make money for himself. I found out why. He's a skilled craftsman with a well trained crew. He arrived on the job when he said he would with a small crew and they quickly did my carpentry and prepared the kitchen to paint, sprayed cabinets and doors. They returned after the primer dried and sprayed the finish coat the next day. As other things came up that I needed Dany either included them or gave me a price as good as his initial bid to do additional work. His honesty and character put him in a rare class. I thank Angies List for the chance to have had Dany Romero Painting to help me finish a difficult job. It was actually a small job money wise but Dany knew it was very important to me and he treated me like a big client."

"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. I gave him some extra cash as an expression of my gratitude. I have several work related needs for paint contractors and I plan to use him from now on. It's refreshing to find someone who is reliable and a great craftsman.

"Can't believe how fast and responsive they were! I contacted them via email late on Tuesday evening. Got a phone call the next morning at 8:15 AM and they were at my house, had the repair done and even cleaned up the mess that was in the room that they didn't even create! I would hire Cesar again and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who has some drywall issues!"

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

Jamie really talented and kept me updated via text throughout process. Baseboards are especially nice. He does beautiful rounded corners. Very custom looking. Love the Vinyl Plank Floors from Shaw."

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.
