"Beantown was really great to work with. We had all old shingles,tar paper and trim removed and had a window replaced. The new window was slightly bigger then the old one. It was no problem for the crew to install. The crews were punctual,respectful, knowledgeable and responsible. All old exterior siding was stripped, any rot found was dealt with, cleaned up at the end of each day. There was rot directly under the front door. The far corner of garage had massive rotting from years worth of small animals and ants.They were able to repair all areas without any problem. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The materials were, are of great quality. They applied for and got the work permit from the town. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered. Arranged for an electrician to come and remove exterior lights,meter and cables from house. We were told what and when things were going to happen. They have an attention to detail. The work included: Shingles,trim boards,tar paper, all nails pulled,wrapped entire house & detached garage in 2 different wraps, installed the new window, new siding & trim on both , new dryer and bathroom vent covers, new gutters and downspouts. They also boxed in the metal chimney pipe. Electrician came back and re attached meter,cables,etc to house. They also put up new lights we had picked out.The job was started on a Tuesday. Everything was completed 7 business days later. Our house went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the most beautiful. We are still in awe of how nice it came out. "Downspout from roof over 2nd story roof and connecting gutter came lose in storm and fell off house. Did not call company who installed gutters, as we were not happy with their work. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. [We had R&R replace our roof last year and were 100% satisfied with their work. See Ja. 2019 review.] One of his workers was at our house the next morning to make the repair. R&R Roofing will be our FIRST and ONLY call for all our house repairs and/or replacements from now on. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Prompt, efficient and professional. The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. "A very large tree fell in a heavy wind storm and did extensive damage to the roof and interior of our home creating holes in our roof and crushing part of the eves. We called Couto Construction because they did work for us before and we felt confident they had the right skilled workers and could complete the job before any more damage was done by water or snow. Couto Construction repaired the structural damage, replaced the roof, exterior siding and trim, gutters and repaired the interior drywall and plaster. Couto is a large, professionally run construction firm that can tackle large projects. Jeff completed our estimates and worked with our insurance company to make sure our home was restored to its original condition. Carlos (project manager) and Eddie (foreman) were always responsive and listened to any questions or concerns. I had phone numbers for both and was encouraged to call with any concerns. Chris, Cesae, and Justin did meticulous work and went above and beyond on the plaster and made sure I was happy with the work. Cleanup was very thorough. The exterior crew worked long days and some weekends to take advantage of the dry weather and prevent further damage. Overall I am very pleased with the work. When choosing roofers it is especially important to find a team that will complete the work thoroughly and safely. Couto is certified by Owens Corning and you receive a long warranty for the roof. They use all the correct roofing pieces and do a thorough design with appropriate venting and ice and water shield to prevent leaks. Thanks for a job well done!"

"Amazing! This is the second time I've used Daddy & Junior Paint and I am once again happy. The first project he did for me was a small job. Some ceiling repair and painting and I was very happy with the work he did so reached out to him for a much bigger project. Roldolfo removed a ceiling that had been ruined by a leaky roof and took the paneling off of the walls in a large space (approximately 700 SF). He then resheetrocked everything, mudded, painted and did the trim and crown molding. It came out beautiful. The space looks so much better than it did before. Much cleaner and the space actually looks bigger! Very happy and will gladly hire again for future projects."
