"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "After initial contact, the contractor was at my home within a few hours. The contractor gave me an estimate after performing an onsite inspection. Estimated included some metal trim work and new front Window shutters. The contractor was at my home within two days and completed removal of the old roof and installation of the new in two days. All shingles were hand nailed trash was removed as the work progressed. I was very pleased with the overall quality and professionalism of the contractor."

"It went really well. Mike came to the house to take a shutter to match the color. The color matched perfectly what we wanted. He removed all the dry rot including areas we didn't know were rotted, removed a wasps nest we didn't know was there, replaced all the wood, and painted everything to match the existing trim. "Made call and left message, which Darren returned fairly quickly.  Made appointment for this work, and added another job that will be done later (wood rot on exterior of roof eaves), and received estimate.  He agreed to call after completing another job that day, which he ended up doing at almost the exact time he'd originally estimated.  Showed up and walked with me to review the situation of birds building a nest inside broken vent access about 10-12' up side of house.  Assessed possibility they got nest materials into the fan area over the microwave where the venting originated in the kitchen. 
He was able to use a screened dryer vent flap assembly I'd already purchased, attached it after cleaning out the exterior area of the vent ducting, and then went inside the house to remove and clean the venting above the microwave/stove.  He reassembled the venting and duct-taped it to a better condition than it had been originally.
All in all, a most satisfying job done, well worth the quite affordable cost and totally responsive to everything I mentioned, including returning later for the wood rot repairs.  This is my second time using him, and he remains reliable, personable, and professional, and he'll get my business next time I need handyman work done.
