"Great! Before we chose a company for our roof replacement we called several companies for quotes. Anderson came in a tad high for roof price compared to the other companies, but the customer service, the services offered, the schedule availability, and the fact that they were willing to work while we weren't home all sold us on WT Anderson. They also handled much more than just our roof, whereas other companies would only do the roof. We had new fascia, new soffits, wrapping, roofing, gutters and gutter guards installed. I could not be happier. Our house looks so much better and no more checking the roof after every wind or rain storm! The crew made sure the yard was well maintained, they were prompt, and we had all of the work done in 3 days. My favorite thing was that neither myself or my husband had to take time off of work, because they were willing to work without anyone home. Other companies told us someone would have to be present. "Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."

"Hector came out with his coworker Brian, and they were punctual, professional, and thorough with their work to inspect and repair our roof. Hector quickly saw that the color of the shingle pack was just slightly off from the color of the singles on my house. Two singles on the front side of my house needed replacement, so he took out singles from an inconspicuous section of the back roof to use those on the front. He then used the shingles from the shingle pack to replace those back-roof shingles, which were out of sight. As a result, the roof is back in tip top shape, and there are no signs that there was ever an issue. I appreciated his and Brian's efforts to "go the extra mile," so that the job was done in the best way possible. Also, Brian repaired a small area of siding that had broken into three pieces for only $25 extra. I talked with Hector about a potential future job of replacing the siding for the whole house, and, given his and Brian's attention to detail, I would trust them with a large-scale job like that. The inspector had requested some paint and caulk and our son does roofing and had made these repairs. Belvin's inspected for leaks and which were not present, and noted repairs that had been also for the buyers inspector, all in a nice folder."

"After initial contact, the contractor was at my home within a few hours. The contractor gave me an estimate after performing an onsite inspection. Estimated included some metal trim work and new front Window shutters. The contractor was at my home within two days and completed removal of the old roof and installation of the new in two days. All shingles were hand nailed trash was removed as the work progressed. I was very pleased with the overall quality and professionalism of the contractor."

"I called Mike after one of the boards from the gable came off during a storm and noticed the others looked to be in bad shape as well. Mike was very able to give us an estimate from a picture I emailed him and said he would check the boards on the other side of the house when he came out. We ultimately ended up deciding to replace the slats on both ends of the house the day work was to begin. The crew removed all the old wood and cut the new boards to match the size of the old slats. They then painted, caulked and also replaced the screen located behind the slats. The weather was not cooperating the first day and it started to rain after the slats were down, but they made sure the house was properly protected till work could resume. They also worked late when they returned to finish up the bulk of the job. Mike and his guys were all friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to address any concerns I had- they really want a person to be happy with the end result. We were very pleased with quality of the work and would hire again."
