While they were checking the loose toilet they noticed that the wax ring had been cracked from the movement and replaced the wax ring. They also checked to ensure that no leakage had occured and caulked around the base of the toilet. The charge was for an hour of labor and the materials used. Overall very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians. <br />"

"Once on scene they did a quick walk through and then began isolating possible areas until the leak was found in an outside faucet which was on a watering line and therefore no problem was visible.
