"6 years after our original level 4 roof install we started to upgrade the paint scheme of the house. We started to remove the gutters so the fascia could be painted and behold we discovered that Brennan installed the drip edge on top of the felt instead of directly on the roofing plywood! Now we have to get a contractor out here to repair over 200 linear feet of drip edge and roofing before we can paint and rehang the gutters!!"

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. Dan came out to provide an estimate, was straight forward (not too sales-y) and confident in his product. They were very competitively priced and after doing some research on their window product and comparing Pro1 against other quotes I received (4 total), it was a no-brainer. They under promised and over delivered in every way. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the windows, they were here in 2.5. I was told scheduling installation could take some time, I was on the schedule the following week. I was told installation would take the better half of a day, they were done in 3 hours. Installation day was seamless. They over communicated about their arrival time and were respectful towards my house and furniture, making sure that things were carefully moved away as needed and covered. The windows look excellent and I am thrilled with the update to curb appeal of my home!"

"Based on the work that was done at my home between April 17, 2025 and April 21, 2025, I strongly recommend Jopat General Contracting (JPC) and in particular John Oke . JPC is based in Aubrey Texas (940–202–0103) and John is one of the three co-owners. I discovered JPC through a search on Angi. I wanted a recommendation for help in the next two days. John replaced three burned out LED light fixtures in our kitchen ceiling. Intricate wiring had to be sorted out and prepped before new LED light fixtures could be wired in. We also had multiple problems in our master bathroom requiring a diagnosis and replacement of a malfunctioning shower head and tub faucet. We also needed shelves for a corner of that bathroom. John showed up on time on three occasions and kept us informed with texts and verbal explanations. He had to make multiple trips to a Home Depot in Roanoke for needed supplies because of problems he discovered. There was no additional charge for those trips beyond the original estimate. I doubt he anticipated that multiple trips for supplies would be needed but he never tried to assess an additional charge. I've gone into this detail to explain why I feel like strongly recommending John and JPC. In short, I feel like the work was well done and reasonably priced and done efficiently with multiple problems diagnosed and fixed. Alan Laufman"
