"Bob Jacques was amazing, a super personable and honest guy. I would recommend him to anyone! He came with a co-worker and they did a fantastic job. I had a multitude of things wrong with my front and backyard lawns. His co-worker Jose was in the front laying out a filler section grass. Bob was in the backyard adjusting the water flow of the sprinkler heads, and changing each one as needed, he did the same for the front yard. He also told me that fescue grass likes to grow tall and I’ll scalp it if I go too short. So he went out of his way to adjust my lawnmower higher so when I cut the grass it’s higher. He also told me to mix ammonium sulfate with a regular fertilizer half and half mixture with nitrate. He was a very knowledgeable guy, and super affordable. He’s an honest guy!"

Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. I had biggest issue with the goffers all over my front yard, the suggestion that Mila gave me was priceless. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! Team worked very quickly and efficient always left the job site clean when they left for the day. Mila was also helpful when we added more elements to the original plan. "Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
