Installed approx. 5 yards soil then rolled 500 sq ft sod. Next came the spit rail fence. Installed split rail fence to send it to the next level. All this working in nasty sticky clay soil. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
