"Bought a new home that has a Hot Springs tub. I've never owned an outdoor hot tub, so needed Joe to help clean and service the tub and teach me how to maintain the tub on my own. He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. He gave me tips on what I should and should not be concerned with and then the step by step on chemicals and maintaining proper PH, etc. I never questioned his knowledge. He was thorough and very helpful and had a nice laid back approach.Apparently he spent many years working for Hot Springs and has been caring for customers for many many years as a service person. I'll continue to use and recommend Joe.

"Was not willing to provide a quote via text or email when given project specifics. Did not ask for any further information. Apparently only does phone or in person estimates. Would not be very friendly for those with social issues or hearing/speech impairment. Our first quote from another contractor was rude and misinformed (for example did not understand that some transfer switches only transfer some circuits, not the whole house). After that trauma we wanted to just get a couple more ballpark figures and not potentially go through that again."

"The quote came from Nick and since I can't remember if Nick is the name of the man I met with in person or not, I'm just going to call him Man. Man and I met to look at the garage. It's at a property we were preparing to sell. Man was late getting there but did let me know he was leaving another job and running behind. Still, I was waiting for a while. After he looked at the garage, he said he would get a quote to me and I gave him my email address to do so. He texted me several days later and asked me to call so he could tell me the quote over the phone. He had done this with my husband on a different job and I wanted a quote in writing, not verbally. I texted back to please email me the quote. A day or two later I got the quote and it was $1850.00 to power wash, prime, and paint the garage. This is a one-story, two car garage. We had 3 people give us quotes and his was the highest by far (the other two were $885 and $1276). We were of the opinion that the gentleman who gave us the quote for $1276 had overbid because he didn't want to do the job. I thought $1850 was excessive and way out of line with what needed done. We will not be calling for quotes anymore."
