Performed customizations and additional work on some difficult pieces and sections along the roof (flashing/gutters/gable vents). Cleaned up thoroughly around the property after completion. "I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. "We hired them to replace the roof our house. They did a good job on the shingles but failed to reinstall half the skylights properly after removing them. I get that mistakes happen and that wouldn?t have caused me to review them lower, however they ghosted us after and will not fix their work. We have been trying to get them out to fix their mistake for over a month with nothing. It?s mid winter now and the skylights are all leaking cold air into the house. There are a ton of roofers out there, and for the money replacement costs, I would look for someone else who will warranty their work and not ignore you once they have their money."
