The 4.5 star for CS is because Larry was going to pour the concrete in front of the gate going to the backyard 4" above ground. We had him did out more dirt and put a step from driveway to front of gate so the opening would be flush so you could get the mower and garbage cans in and out easily. He charged us extra for that which should have been designed that way to begin with. All in all Larry was great to work with and the project came out beautiful."
