"I have a 14x24 foot ground level deck that 3 years ago I hired another contractor to do some structural repairs to. The deck has settled, pulling away from the house, and was sloping in several areas. When I called for help I got no reply. Called Steve and he came out the same day and gave me a plan, schedule, and acceptable price. His team came out the next day and completed the job. Replacing supports, posts, and concrete piers.A few days later I noticed a few cosmetic issues I wanted fixed. They came out the next day and completed the tasks. I am selling my house in the near future and am confident the deck will pass inspection. If there are issues Steve will come back and address what might need to be done. "It's a small company so no marketing, no sales team but that means price would be lower. But like others have said, very good communication, constatnt updates on progress via text message (I was out of town) plus ton of pictures every step of the way and left the place cleaner than before. Couple things to keep in mind. Make sure to negotiate the plywood sheet pricing before hand and also if you have a dish on the roof negotiate to put it back on as it's not normally included in the contract (probably same for any roofers, I totally forgot, had to call Direct TV to reinstall it $50 after they left)."
