Get matched with top natural slate roofing repairers in Auburndale, MA

"I have a slate roof and a rubber roof and had difficulty finding someone who could do a proper inspection with repairs. I stumbled upon Doherty Slate Roofing in Swampscott, MA. Several houses have slate roofs in our town. I have to say, he did an excellent job in repairing my rubber roof as well as the slate roof, which had missing slates and broken slates. Jason was spectacular. He also repaired the Boston Saddle hips and the flat copper roof. The work was done promptly, and the cleanup was very, very good. I am excited to write this review as we need people like Doherty to give us honest advice and understand this unique roof for repairs. Doherty took extreme care not to drop anything in the garden. The clean-up was excellent. I am ready for the winter and do not worry about leaks and ice damage from the missing slates."

"On Top Roofing is Top of the Line Roofer. Professional delivery with solid quality! Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"Outstanding responsiveness, work, professionalism, everything - I am very grateful!  I called Willard on a Friday, and
1. A very helpful and straightforward person picked up the phone immediately;
2. A gentleman came the next work day to examine the job;
3. Willard emailed me a detailed and comprehensive quote the next day;
4. Willard ordered parts immediately upon receipt of contract and deposit; and
5. Willard returned in one week and did all the work in one day, so neatly and so cleanly the only change I noticed on coming home was that suddenly I had new skylights and repaired roof and siding.

The windows and roofing stood up under a downpour without a drop getting through, and I now have amazing solar-powered motorized skylights.  Every time I contacted Willard the phone was answered right away, and every time Willard came exactly when scheduled.  The contract manager was kind enough to go through the entire job details with me and also to give advice on another structural problem with the house.  This after I already had been left hanging by one "top-rated" company and ignored by a second.

I am very thankful, and I certainly hope to use Willard for any and all construction needs!  "

"I found Newton Roofing on a local list serve without knowing them at all. Recent wind storms created a lot of damage and I knew it was time to get a new roof. Tom and Rich returned phone calls immediately and gave me a very fair price. Their workers came quickly and completed the project in a very professional manner. In one full day of work, they were able to take off the old shingles, repair boards and leaks, and reshingle the two steep main roofs of my house. They cleaned up immaculately and were extremely safe. They were respectful of my property and fun to work with. It was a whirlwind of a day, but it turned out perfectly! I can very very highly recommend them."

"Tar Star Roofing (Anthony) responded in one day, inspected my roof and provided a quote the next day. The crew started work a couple days later, very professional, experienced and courteous. They completed the job on time and to my complete satisfaction. Communications from Anthony were constant, including recommendations on additional repairs as damage was found, photo documentation and expert advice. I highly recommend Tar Star Roofing for any roofing needs."

"The Roofing Company’s owner came to our house on a brutally cold day. He was on the roof and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting our bathroom ceiling. He had the tools and materials he needed along with the ladders and went right to work. He had the job finished in several hours. The results were great. No more leak, a professional inspection, he described the needed repair, and quickly completed the job. We couldn’t have asked for more. Plus he was courteous and polite. Highly recommend The Roofing Company!"

"Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

"I wanted to review FRS now, reporting on our early contacts. Phil responded quickly to our request for roof repair and replacement, and an appointment was set for the next day (today) with Mike. He was friendly, responsive and professional. He understood exactly what we need and offered several options for how to proceed. We easily came to an agreement, including a very good financing plan. I ll update my report once the work is done, but so far so good. We re very pleased."

"Craig is awesome. His price was very reasonable, his crew came when they were expected, got the job done, and took great care. Craig has followed up several times to ensure everything is still good and I absolutely LOVE the copper. The slate looks amazing. Thank you so much!"

"Excellent service, very professionally done, reasonable cost. Very good follow thru and support! Would highly recommend them for any roofing and repairs."
