Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. "In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project.
We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.
