"Alex with Diaz Fencing was very punctual and easy to work and communicate with. He came out for the consultation and knew exactly what would be best for our yard. We had been trying to figure out how to do the project ourself for a year since buying our home, but we had a pretty steep decline in the back of our property that would cause the fence to be un level if not fixed properly. Alex suggested doing a retaining wall, and did so in a very cost effective yet still safe and great looking way. He even added solar lights to the decorative steps he created as a bonus without mentioning it. We also asked him to remove an old section of fence and build a decorative gate which he did at no extra cost and made look great. Diaz Fencing also got the work done fast! "They did a great job. Excellent work for a fair price. The technician (Alex) showed up on time and after a quick review of the job went to work removing the old caulk. He showed me that it wet behind the caulk and the best way to fix it would be to use an epoxy grout rather than the standard caulk. I though hear comes the big upcharge - but after a short call to his manager he told he me that his manager wanted the job done right and approved the epoxy at no additional charge. Mixing the epoxy and installing added at lest 1 or 2 hours to the job. It looks great - it was a perfect match and installation. I give them 5 stars and would recommend without hesitation."

"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project.
We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.
