"I used this company to do some repairs to my rental during my PSC. I had them paint over the black walls & repair the drywall damage, to include holes, from the TV mounts & a larger accidental hole courtesy of my boys. I got my security deposit back. I would definitely recommend."

"Cesar rebuilt the entire chimney. Removed all decayed wood and replaced it, added insulation to the exterior house wall, and was able to exactly and perfectly match the existing stucco on a 24-year old house. A top-notch craftsman who quietly went about his work, did an excellent job, and cleaned everything up when the job was completed. Would absolutely hire again!"

"I contacted this company through Home Advisor for 2 bedrooms. Mark responded the day I made contact which was nice. He said he would come over the weekend to give an estimate and didn't. He texted late Sunday to apologize and said he'd come Tuesday. Tuesday he said to send pics of the rooms for an over the phone estimate. I get it, we are all busy people. No problem. He wanted to come the following day which was great. I scrambled late on Tuesday to buy the paint and to make all the rooms ready for Wednesday morning. BTW, 6 months pregnant with a toddler - not easy. We agreed to start 9:30 on Wednesday. He texts me at 10 that he'll be there in a few minutes. At 11:30 he arrives. Ok, only 2 hours late, I can deal. They go to start the job (his son is with him) and don't have anything to cover my furniture. I use my own sheets to protect my stuff. Not sure why they have drop cloths down because they sat wet paint cans down directly on my carpet and there are now paint spots in various areas on the carpet. The edge trim is a little shaky (not that I can do better, but that's why I hired professionals). There's a few areas that didn't get full coverage (they only did one coat, as we agreed to) but I did expect them to go through with me to ensure I was happy before packing it all up. I found several areas that I will have to go back and do with the leftover paint due to obvious streaking - not painted evenly or in the same direction) and white spots where paint didn't even touch. The real reason I gave 3 stars (besides the streaks and being late), is he asked me for payment before completing the job. I don't think that's professional at all. He also told me if I wanted a better job, I could pay him more to come back. What?!?! He basically said I got what I paid for ($450 for 2 rooms, remember I bought the paint) and if I'd like it to look nicer he could come again for $350. If he would have said I'll do the best I possibly can for $800 upfront I would have paid it. I expected his best the first time. But telling me he can do it for $450 and then asking for more after its done to do it "to the next level" is just not the way I would have approached it. I appreciate their willingness to come out and squeeze my project in and for it being done in one day (other professionals had a 2 month wait) but now I see why. Just be aware that anyone who can do your job immediately isn't in high demand for a reason. Good price for a father son crew with quick turnaround that you're not too picky about looking like a pro did it."

"I had a walkway, steps, and columns constructed. The columns are uneven and different sizes. I have emailed several times asking for repairs. I received response emails to each of my requests, but repairs have yet to be made and may not be made. Work was performed in June. I had a fence project prepared but have had to put it on hold until the columns are repaired. If the columns remain unrepaired I will never refer this professional again. However, if the columns are repaired, I may refer the professional. Additionally, my rating may change dependent on the ultimate outcome of the request for repairs. The walkway and steps look wonderful!"

FAQs for traditional stucco repair or partially replace projects in Augusta, GA

Minor stucco fixes—like sealing small cracks or adding fresh caulk—often wrap up in an hour or two. Larger jobs that call for cutting out damaged sections, installing new lath, and layering fresh stucco can stretch to three or four days because each coat needs time to cure. A pro removes loose material, cleans and dampens the area, applies a bonding agent, and builds up new layers, matching texture and restoring the wall’s weather shield.

Watch for a stucco surface that stays damp days after a storm, develops dark stains, or feels soft or spongy under light pressure. Inside, moisture rings, peeling paint, or soft drywall around windows point to the same issue. Any of these red flags mean water is trapped behind the siding, and it’s time to call a stucco pro before rot or mold sets in.

Give your stucco a once-over every spring and fall. Semiannual checks let you catch hairline cracks, stains, or damp spots before they snowball into pricey repairs. Keep a flashlight handy, look closely around windows and doors, and call a pro if you notice anything soft or discolored. Staying ahead of minor issues protects both your curb appeal and your home’s weather barrier.

A pro starts by scraping away loose material, then cleans and lightly wets the area so new stucco will stick. After brushing on a bonding agent, they build fresh layers, letting each coat cure before adding the next. The final step is matching the texture and color so the patch blends in and the wall regains full weather protection.

Think of repair as a patch: the pro fixes only the visible crack or hole. Remediation goes deeper—crews strip away the compromised stucco, correct the root problem (often water or mold), then rebuild the wall. If tests show structural rot or trapped moisture, remediation is the safer, longer-lasting route; otherwise, a straightforward repair often does the trick.
