"I used Home Advisor to receive quotes from 5 different companies to stucco my entire house which had outdated T1-11 siding. Atlas Plastering and Construction was one of the 3 companies that called me back after I had reached out to all 5. One of the other companies recommended that I go with Atlas because I have a 2 story house. What made me ultimately choose this company to stucco my house was not only the competitive cost, but mainly because of Vlad, the owner, who is well informed with the trade and didn't give me a vibe that he was trying to make a few bucks from me. I told him what I wanted out of this project which was stucco for the entire exterior of the house with some additional trim and stone work for aesthetics. He made some suggestions that helped reduce cost. He could have just gone with my original plans but had the integrity to help save me thousands. During construction, he came to my house frequently to oversee the progress, which is very refreshing as I donâ t see many owners of construction companies do. In fact, he even noticed an imperfection in the stone work and came by one day to fix it himself. This was a big job that took a long time. They started off making good time and was ahead of schedule, but got some delays due to inaccuracies in the weather forecast. But he gave me frequent updates which gave me comfort in knowing that he was still attuned with this project. Overall, his crew did a fantastic job and the house looks great. My wife and I are very happy we did this project and the company that we chose."
