He most recently helped patch holes in our drywall and ceiling, He also repaired our attic hatch, replaced the seal at the bottom of our garage door, installed a storm door, and put in a latch to hold our furnace filter in place. Juan does quality work AND is reasonably priced. He gives free estimates and schedules the work in a timely manner! We found a gem many years ago and will continue to hire him for projects! "

"I purchased a Pella patio door & installation through a retailer that turned into a total disaster and was eventually abandoned by the installer. "He was a really nice guy and did all that he could but the door still didnt quite close properly and I had to do the door handle boring myself, and took him 4 hours instead of the estimated 1.5 so it was a bit frustrating. But overall did what he could and gave me the estimated price"
