"It was a pleasure dealing with Wes, Tom and Bob from the estimate all the way through to the clean up. The crew was very pleasant and professional from start to finish. The crew promptly arrived at 7:00 am and were cleaned up by 12:30 pm. The roof on my home has never looked better! Thank You all at Bob The Builder for a great job done at a reasonable price!?"

"Sam came as agreed. He inspected my roof, found three places that needed repair. He repaired all three at what I considered a reasonable price. I am happy with what he did. I'd definitely call him the next time I need a roof repair."

"Estate Exteriors provided exceptional roof repair service after storm damage to my property. Eugene promptly answered my call, which was a great relief during a stressful situation. He and his team demonstrated true professionalism throughout the process. What impressed me even more was that they didn't just focus on the obvious storm damage. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. "We started the process of gathering quotes for a new roof last fall after a leak developed during a downpour. We called an Architect friend we’ve used in the past for his recommendation. Called that company and they showed up within the hour and did a temporary fix. We asked them for a quote to replace our 25 year old shingles. it was quite an eye opener. “How much?” We then asked a neighbor who just had their home done the year before and who is also in the building/construction business who they used. We called and was told “We don’t do residental anymore”. We asked who they would recommend and tried to contact that company only to find out their phone number was no longer in service. Had a few quotes from companies mentioned on NextDoor. Received three quotes very similar in price to each other and about 50% less than that first company. Now it was late November and we had to wait until spring hoping the temporary fix gets us through. Spring: Decided to get one more estimate because we weren’t getting the best vibe from the other three. We contacted Berg Home Improvements through their website and Nick called us almost immediately. Nick, who is very knowledgeable, has been a pleasure to work with through all phases of the process. We were giving a long list of Berg Home Improvement roof installations in and around Downers Grove which really helped in deciding what color would look the best on our home. Nick’s quote was in the same ballpark as the other three. Our new Berg roof was installed a few days ago. It looks fantastic! We are so very happy with how smooth it all went. A first rate crew with attention to detail. The clean-up was impeccable. A local company that has been in the business for over 60 years and of course there was Nick who made it all happen. What else could one ask for? Thinking about a new roof. Be sure you contact Nick at Berg Home Improvements. You will be happy you did."

"Guardian exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly to my inquiry. They came out the next day to estimate the repair costs. Angelo scheduled and was able to fit me in their schedule within a few days. The crew that came for the repair were all very professional and wore booties to protect interior flooring when they needed to pass through my condo. I would hire Guardian again if we need any more roofing repairs in the future."

"We had a roof in desperate need of repair. A&D not only quoted us the best price, they used the highest quality shingles. They offer a wide variety of services such as soffit/fascia replacement. Their crews were professional, hard working, and skilled craftspeople."

"They did a comprehensive inspection of the old roof externally and internally, pointing out all the problem areas, something the other contractors I tried did not do as thoroughly (attic is not completely open). The roof was completed in a day and no debris was left behind."

"We had been dealing with a roof leak at our home and had several different companies come out to give us quotes. Unfortunately, replacing the entire roof was not within our budget. All Available Roofs was the only company willing to work with us and provide a reasonable solution to repair the roof. We are extremely happy with the work! Brandon was very professional, honest, and communicative. He explained exactly what work needed to be done and made sure we understood everything before completing the repairs. Since the repair, we’ve had several rainstorms and, thankfully, not a single leak! We truly appreciate the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. We highly recommend All Available Roofs to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company!"
