"My concrete garage floor was chipping, pot marked, and dusty, and in the past I had tried to patch it and paint it myself, but the results did not last long, and the paint would usually chip off. "I have used them since 1979. I have a shared driveway with my neighbor with aprons in the back and we split the bill. I think we paid about $300 each. I recommend them all the time and say I have used them for years. They are reliable, give me a price and it never changes. They do great work. They are meticulous, clean and they don't get off the asphalt on the brick sidewalls. I could not say enough about them. I did some shopping last year and they were a hair more than one other company, but I went with them because of their reputation and my history with them. I gave them a choice of three days when they could do the work because we had to adjust the parking. They showed up the day they said on time. They said they would be here at 8'oclock and they were here at 8 'oclock"

"Frisby did a great job on my new roof installation. I contacted them and filled out the contract online, then a few days later had a phone conference to go over the contract and ask questions. We were put on their schedule and informed it would be about four weeks, which was fine. I regularly received e-mail updates as to our start date. Within 2 weeks I received a call that the materials would be delivered the following Tuesday and the work would start on Wednesday [weather permitting]. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, unloaded their tools and went straight to work. The work included removing an old unused fireplace insert stack and 2 wind turbine vents before the new shingles were installed. The holes were boarded up so the roof had a solid surface. They completed the installation in one day, and other than a few minor details which are being resolved, they did a great job. They cleaned up my yard of debris and nails before leaving. The ladies in the office were a pleasure to work with, the pre-work inspectors were very knowledgeable, the crew was professional and hard-working, and the post-work inspector was very receptive to my observations and questions. All in all, I would highly recommend Frisby for any roofing work you may need !"

"I wasn't sure the steps could even be repaired since so much concrete had chipped off and cracked over the years.  But Grover Woody came out and looked it over and gave me an estimate on the spot.  Weather and our being out of town postponed the job, but we set a new timeline, and he came just when expected, did a wonderful job fixing the steps.  I'm so pleased with the result, and that I decided to check on repair rather than just go with replacement.  I couldn't be more pleased with the interaction with Mr. Woody and with the work he did. <br />"

"We needed to connect our patio to our deck stairs and lower concrete patio. We also had a steep slope we needed a stair-type solution to. Jake came out and went over the details with us. We decided to replace the current square concrete block patio under the pergola with a round paver patio that connected everything. Jake also recommended a large natural stone block stair to deal with the slope. After getting the estimate we were pleased and went ahead and paid the half up-front to get it on the books. They were able to start only a couple months later and spent a good week working on the project. The old patio was torn down and the blocks carefully stacked. Yard damage was minimized and a very nice patio and path was built. The initial stairs connecting to the concrete patio wasn't exactly what we wanted, and Jake had it rebuilt with no complaints and no additional cost. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned-out, and would definitely recommend them."
