"I got home after an extended weekend to find my house soaked from a broken pipe under my upstairs bathroom sink. There was wet drywall from my ceiling that had fallen on my living room floor. My carpets,couch and everything I had in my living room were totally soaked. I called a plumber and started trying to clean the mess up in tears. The plumber recommenced I give Paladin Restoration a call as he has worked with him in the past. They arrived in less than an hour and gave me a quick assessment of what was needed to be done. They told me to call my insurance company and they got to work without charging me anything upfront. It took several hours but they had the entire room cleared out, including sucking the water from my carpet and my removing my wet ceiling. They set up these industrial sized dehumidifiers and fans and explained what the entire process would entail from start to finish. They were very polite and answered the 100s of questions I asked them. 2 days later they came and met with my insurance adjuster and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The next day everything was bone dry and they removed their equipment. I ended up getting enough money to remodel the room that got wet. I literally couldnt be happier with their service and although I hope to never need them again I wouldnt hesitate to call them to help. Thanks again"

"ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC! I could not be more pleased with the work and the communication throughout the project from 1800 miles away no less! This was my Mom's home, as her estate executor, I had to fine someone to update A LOT of different things during COVID-19, which meant communication had to be via phone, pictures and video. I am so thankful that Anthony is great at his profession as well as communicating in layman's terms what is needed. He truly was a blessings since he pretty much had to go on pictures of the style we wanted. He stayed within budget by thinking outside the box and even bargined shopped for us since I couldn't be there in person! "We had water backing up through the drain in our basement, so I called Mr Rooter assuming that the sewer pipe needed to be snaked or rooted.  Upon arrival, the professional (Matt, I believe) checked everything out and confirmed my suspicion.  He went about his business keeping me up to date throughout the process, and asking questions when needed.  Once the pipe had been rooted, he checked all other water sources (sinks, bathtub, etc.) and their pipes for issues.  Apparently this complimentary service is part of their process.  All in all, I was very pleased.  Matt(?) was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend Mr Rooter to others in need.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"John(Don?) was very courteous when he promptly replied to my question which I had asked online. The price quoted was $55 for a service which would be waived if I had the microwave repaired but would cost $75 plus parts which I felt it would be to my benefit to purchase a new microwave. Called John back offered him the machine to repair and give it to some family who could use it. I have the manual and the sales receipt and would still offer the microwave free to repair and pass it on. If this is acceptable, please contact me by my email address."
