"Kathy was very nice on the phone. The scheduling seemed pretty simple and the quote I was given was very reasonable. She told me she would have a quote for me that night. I waited 2 days and had to text her back to get the quote. They sent a guy out the first morning and he did arrive on time. However, he did not stay long and all he did was cut my natural gas pipe. He did not fix the issue and actually made it worse. I called Kathy twice that day and she did not answer or call me back all day. I then texted her later that day with my concerns and she finally called me back. She told me what the issue was and assured me the plumber would be back first thing this morning. No one showed up today. I contacted her again today to ask her to cancel any and all service to my house because this is unacceptable. She still has not responded to this point."

Facts: cut holes through joists leaving floor structurally compromised & requiring repair; 1/2 pex used when 3/4 pex should have been in master due to 2 shower heads & 2 handhelds, suggested toilet be on 4 inch riser b/c he started install before calculating the fall, left us w/o washer/dryer on holiday wkend b/c drilled into a load bearing wall at 4pm on a Friday (we have 2 kids under 2). Constantly running to Home Depot b/c didn't have parts on the truck. I heard Matt tell Joey "once you have been doing this for longer..." Plumbing visually is a mess. Want to add pics since they are worth 1000 words. Matt said he was losing money on this job, we were difficult to deal w/, house is old & job was misrepresented (irrelevant to quality of plumbing). Changed price after telling us he was losing money.Forgot to install washer pan drainage & showed up w/o the correct pan. Customer beware - Matt is always right. 4 other plumbers couldn't believe what they saw."
