"Had them clean for a move in move out cleaning of 2 houses. Had carpets deep cleaned as well. I am very impressed! I thought we would have to replace the carpet in one of the houses, but Jesus and his crew were able to give it the attention it needed and I am so happy. Communication was excellent! "I hired this company for deep cleaning and they did not perform as expected. The staff was nice but needed to be reminded to clean kitchen appliances, dust ceiling fans among other things. They did not dust all the furniture and when they did it was only the top of the furniture and not the sides or front of the furniture. They cleaned the toilets and sinks, floors but not the shower stall. If you hire you need to micromanage and that's not my style. Owner needs to have someone come out to and provide oversight for work. Paying for a deep cleaning and getting subpar service is not a nice feeling."

"Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."
