Here&amps why: I hired Bobby to repair a brick lintel above my garage door, which due to some combination of age and stupid design, had cracked to the point of becoming unsightly and structurally unsound. Bobby came out to inspect the job, gave intelligent answers to my questions and a flat fee quote for the repair, which entailed cutting out the broken bricks, replacing and reattaching the angle iron above the garage door, and re-laying bricks in the repair site. Bobby got the job done in a day, with no delays or b.s. Bobby did such a good job of matching the repaired part of the masonry to the rest of the house that, unless you: (a) had an x-ray; or (b) had memorized the location of the weep holes in old masonry, you would not know that the area had been repaired.
